Refund policy
1. Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancellation: Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time prior to the next scheduled shipment.
- Refund Exclusion: Charges for orders that have already shipped are non-refundable. Cancellations prevent future shipments only.
- Returns: Refund eligibility for shipped or delivered orders follows the Standard Return Eligibility rules outlined below (unopened, unused, and returned within 30 days).
2. Annual Subscriptions (Prepaid Plans)
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront at a discounted rate in exchange for a 12-month commitment.
- Non-Refundable Items: Shipped, delivered, or used months are non-refundable.
- Early Cancellation: If an annual subscription is canceled before the end of the term, refunds may only be issued for unsent shipments that have not yet been processed.
- Refund Calculation: Any refund issued for unused months will be calculated at the discounted annual subscription rate, not the one-time purchase price.
- Standard Rules: Refund eligibility for shipped orders follows our Standard Return Eligibility rules.
3. Risk of Loss & Shipping
- Title Transfer: Title to all products transfers from CellStart to the customer once the order leaves our fulfillment facility.
- Shipping Costs: CellStart covers outbound shipping costs for orders within the United States. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for any orders sent outside the United States.
4. Standard Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund on any one-time purchase or individual subscription shipment:
- Timeframe: Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and retain their original factory seal.
- Quality: Items must be in factory-quality condition.
- Exclusions: Refunds will not be issued for products that are opened, used, partially used, damaged, or tampered with. CellStart reserves the right to determine whether a returned item meets these requirements.
5. Initiating a Return
All returns must be pre-authorized. Items sent to our facility without a prior Return Authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

- Include your Full Name, Order Number, Reason for Return, and Contact Details.
6. Customer Responsibility
- Secure Packaging: Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items to prevent damage during transit.
- Liability: CellStart is not liable for items lost or damaged during the return transit.
- Shipping Costs: All return-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Refund Processing
- Timing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Missing Deliveries: Claims for missing deliveries must be submitted within 15 days of the expected delivery date; after this period, refunds or reshipments cannot be provided.
9. Shipping Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. CellStart is not responsible for misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses, address forwarding, or incomplete details.
10. Taxes & Duties
Customers are solely responsible for all applicable taxes, import duties, VAT, or other government fees associated with their order.
